Chesa Tach
This bright new two-and-a-half-room apartment for one to four people sits in the attic of the Chesa Tach, a stately farmhouse in a sunny spot. The historically valuable house is fully preserved – its load-bearing beams are dated to 1560. Between 2014 and 2018 the whole house was restored in an eco-friendly way using regional materials. A large garden with a south-facing seating area lies in front of the house.
The large living space is defined by its distinctive roof structure and height:
- On one side: a linoleum kitchen with a stone top and a large dining table.
- On the other side: a new wood-burning stove, a sofa with two quality mattresses and comfortable wicker chairs.
- One bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin and WC, a practical wardrobe and entry hall. 63 m².
Location
Quiet, sunny spot in the heart of Bever’s historic old centre – 5 minutes to the bus stop and supermarket, 7 minutes to the train station and restaurants, with hiking and cycle trails and the ski track just 2 minutes away.

Activities
Hiking, mountain biking and cross-country skiing start right at the doorstep: 580 km of hiking trails, 400 km of cycling routes and over 220 km of ski tracks in the Upper Engadine. In winter, Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza invite you with 350 piste kilometres.
